Do I need to register for the conference before submitting an abstract?
We ask people who wish to send an abstract to pre-register in order to receive the username and password to upload the abstract. All abstracts will be reviewed by the planning committee in late June and those accepted will receive notification shortly thereafter. All workshop, free paper and poster presenters are responsible for payment of registration fees following acceptance of their abstracts: see flow chart on web-site for timeline.
Do I need to submit an abstract if I simply wish to attend the conference as a delegate?
No, delegates may register for the conference at any time. Due to limits on space availability, early registration is encouraged.
Can you recommend an accomodation in town?
We are preparing a list of recommended accomodation to be posted on this website.
My bank is asking me the swift/bic code: is it necessary?
Yes, the swift/bic code is a code that identifies the bank and it is necessary for foreigner participants. The Swift code is on the Call for Paper pdf (we updated it so you might re-download it).
